What We Do
Carelink Homes goals are to help individuals and families find the opportunities, stability, and hope they need to thrive. Through education, technology, career pathways, and vital supports like housing and food, we empower communities to overcome poverty and build healthier, lasting connections.

Shelter
Southeast Michigan continues to face a significant need for shelters, with thousands of residents experiencing homelessness each year and long waitlists for affordable housing leaving many without stable options. Emergency shelters provide critical safety, food, and support services, helping families and individuals break cycles of poverty while communities work toward long-term housing solutions.

Low Income Housing
There’s a need for low-income housing in Southeast Michigan because rising housing costs, limited affordable units, and economic disparities leave many residents without stable, safe places to live. CareLink Homes wants to assist residents by providing supportive, affordable housing that promotes stability, independence, and long-term community well-being.

Mobile Food Pantry
Southeast Michigan struggles with food insecurity, leaving many families without reliable access to fresh, affordable groceries. CareLink Homes want to address this need by operating a mobile food pantry that delivers essential nutrition directly to neighborhoods, fostering healthier families and stronger, more resilient communities.

Training Center
Southeast Michigan faces employment barriers that prevent many residents from accessing stable, higher-paying jobs. CareLink Homes seeks to address this by offering training resources that build skills, empower self-sufficiency, and strengthen long-term community success.
